Half-life sound files?

Hey all,

I really hope I'm not being thick here, and missing something completely obvious, but for the life of me I can't find anywhere to download audio files of sounds from Half-Life.

I have found a few places with the sound track music, but not the audio files eg. "welcome to the h.e.v. hazardous environment suit" etc.

If anyone knows where I can download then, preferably as .wav, please let me know.

I looked on my steam copy and all the data is held in one file witch I don;t know how to extract. Same on my original disc, I reckon they should be lurking as wav files in a standard install.

I think I still have the original disk from when it was first released, might find them on that. it surprises me that they aren't on the net somewhere. Thanks for the help.
