High idle speed when in gear with clutch in

Hi. My CBR6RR has started revving really hard when it's cold. The weird thing is though that it only does it when it's in gear and I have the clutch down. If I knock it into neural, then it goes back to normal idle speed. Any ideas what could cause this?
