Can anyone recommend a supplier that can make up a new downpipe if provided with the original to use as a pattern?

My one remaining good downpipe for the RXS100 has finally rusted through and I was wondering about replacing it with a stainless pipe. Mild steel would be acceptable, but stainless makes more sense.

Second-hand pipes occasionally come up on Fleabay and new-old-stock appears even more rarely, so having one made up to order, if possible, appeals to me. The RXS header pipe is less than a foot long and is just a simple, curved pipe of the same diameter along its length. I have several good silencers, so its only the downpipe I’m after.

Any suggestions?

Cheers Smile Thumbs Up

Hi

Few places around such as OS Stainless near me and Gazelle in Wales.

However they would probably prefer to have the bike there to make sure it fits.

All the best

Keith
