yeah ask the dealer, i think youll struggle to find parts for them. for the price of the helmet is it not just worth buying another one if its broken ? or is it still usable but just annoying?

Nobody could find out how to replace it on the flip up, only the V170's.

i did post this awhile back and was unanswered, ive spoken to the dealer and they are totally useless. its totally fine apart from the ratchet wich is the annoying part. ive thought about Ebaying a beaten up old one cheap and stealing the part but cant find 1. it just seems silly buying a whole new helmet because a tiny piece of plastic decided to break. thankyou for the help though.

If you are taking about replacing the visor on the flip its easy.

Simply lift off the flaps that cover the visor at the side. A long thin screwdriver is good. Just get it between the metal tads and lift.
Once they are off its easy to see how to take the visor off. Simply rotate one of the red plastic bits round and it pops off.

V-Can are one of the worlds largest helmet manufactures. Also make quite a few other brands as well.
