Hi

ABD press release from last week when this judgement was made:-

https://www.abd.org.uk/pr/385.htm

Basically some councils have not complied with the law when trying to install 30 limits on roads without street lighting with the result that plenty are not legally enforceable. Suspect some councils may land up having to pay substantial amounts of compensation to those prosecuted for speeding in these areas.

All the best

Keith

Hi

We should just stick them in jail as soon as they are elected. Will save time catching and prosecuting them later on.

All the best

Hi

Advice on appealing against prosecutions for speeding in illegal 30mph zones.

https://www.abd.org.uk/30_action.htm

All the best
