Chatting to a cab driver when I was in Munich today and he said that bikes were not allowed to filter even static cars... Worth checking for certain. ____________________ 22PlusY

Yes; overtaking is strictly on the left. Holding to this discipline is in part how the autobahn can be unrestricted speed in parts. If you filter through Germany, you'll likely get told off by the law at least once, though probably not actually fined etc. However drivers may take it upon themselves to enforce the law more physically. They don't like anyone getting ahead when they can't, and will try to hit you. ____________________ Bikes: S1000R, SH350; Exes: Vity 125, PS125, YBR125, ER6f, VFR800, Brutale 920, CB600F, SH300x4
