I saw Blink 182 in Leeds, Linkin Park in Birmingham and Noel Gallagher/U2 in Twickenham in the past 10 days (plus the Bat Out of Hell musical Embarassed ) and Linkin Park were the standout act - an absolutely stunning performance Cool

One of my favourites....I will always go ment-ment when 'zigzag wanderer' plays and sometimes cry when 'I'm glad' kicks in.

This takes me back to when on payday I would fill up my 1.3 Vauxhall Chevette LDG 13P to the brim and drive about Gloucestershire looking for fields to play in.

Ooh, I've not heard that. Will have to track down a copy. Cool

I learnt to play the bass by listening to Jack Bruce and playing along when I first started out. One of my all time favourite bassists. How the hell he used to sing and play those bass lines at the same time though is beyond me.

Plus a couple of choice tracks:

That's my top choice from late 70s/early80s. A few other bits and pieces, mostly from the bands already listed, but those would be the definitive for me.
