The mp3 wasn't even a twinkle of an eye. The cassette also gave a voice to those who really shouldn't have had a voice. Neutral

This however is A)Rare as Rogerborg not filling up servers(does he even have a family) and B)Contains some mindblowers that John Peel would've wet himself over. C) I haven't thought of a C.

Fanclubs.
I haven't looked around the 1s & 0s but I suspect they are still very much alive.

Twenty past two in the morning trev! Proper candle burning that is. Cool

Yes I saw them twice with Shaymal doing percussion..well percussion that included a kick drum, snare and hi-hats. He played standing up as is their way and I can't recall being disappointed it wasn't a traditional kit.

Blamindo (sp) was an early adopter of the MIDI breath controller which features on that tape. Bloody good too.

Oh I do miss DA. I got the last Gong LP that doesn't feature anybody from those halcyon dayz and it's not bad...weird hearing Daevid's voice on a couple of tracks...He was creative to the last.

I'm working on another track with a similar feeling to Start! which I'm quite proud of. This new one is testing my playing as it's over 160bpm.

A beautifully crafted fusion of instrumental blues and jazz, a real master-class. Bought mine on CD on a whim back in the 90s, and I've been trying to figure out bits and pieces on the guitar ever since.

And:

Perhaps more typical of Mr. Earl, but the best after "Language". Guest musicians include Kim Wilson from The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and you can hear a strong SRV influence, not just in Ronnie's playing but in tone also. There have since been a flood of SRV wannabes, but Ronnie also has something uniquely his own, and was playing clubs and bars in Austin, Tx, even as Stevie was.

Stole my copy from the local library years ago Whistle Well, it was wasted in that library, I tell ya.
In my defence, I did try to find a copy to buy first, but having looked high and low for one to no avail, I told the library I'd lost their copy, and paid a nominal amount for the(ir) loss Mr. Green

This album came up on Spotify after I'd searched St Germain, Jazzanova was one related artist that I'm going to skip through later.

I've been trying to nail the riff on the acoustic version of this, think I've got it but will need to work out the bridge.

Currently tapping a toe, chewing a wine gum and swigging tea to this.

How times have changed.
Music is as heavy as you can get it without prolapsing a speaker cone. ...forgot how good it was.

Krust Size et al for the past couple of hours.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DVnsoVRU0AA_Uau.jpg

People often think that Rock-Metal-Punk is the most obnoxious of music(s) It doesn't come close to 2 hours of thumping evil Drums and Bass throbs that this LP produces.
Playing ACDC or Hatebreeder on repeat will not get you arrested as quick as this. Mr. Green

DnB truly the music that virtually everyone hates. Twisted Evil

Jesus Built My Hotrod is awesome, been on my old works mp3 player for years.

In other news, I found an old Ry Cooder tape, Paradise and Lunch.
Alas I have no way of listening to it. My brother however, does. Wink
