I'm reading a book at the minute about the rise of pop-punk in 1994 (Mainly Green Day and The Offspring, but with a healthy sprinkling of NOFX, Social Distortion and Bad Religion). I'm listening to some of the stuff as I go through, so currently smashing Dookie, Insomniac and Nimrod from GD, Smash is always on my rotation, and as of last night the new Blink 182 album is queued up for later. Can't wait.

Well, it's been a busy time.

Arctic Monkeys in Dublin happened and it was awesome.
I was in Dublin for less than 24hrs.

Had 2 album launch gigs this week, Pip Blom (Thurs) and Viji (Sat), in Liverpool.
Both were in a small venue, less than 30 people, and I proper enjoyed them both.

I'm currently in glasgow to see Nadine Shah at King Tut's.
Heading back to Liverpool tomorrow morning, I am once again here for less than 24hrs.

Still got a fair few more gigs lined up before the end of the year.

#giglife.

Had a skinful at the Nadine Shah gig last night, which was an outstanding performance.

Went I bed at 3am, then up at 7 to get the 8am train back to Liverpool.

King Tut's is a decent venue.

Week off from gigging, then 3 more lined up for next week.
