Righto, back to normal.

The Streets last night in Mountford Hall was wicked.
"Let's put on our classics, and have a little dance shall we"

Banging night and dance we did, my knees are aching like fuck.

Tonight I'm off to see Viji support Baby Queen.
Her album launch was decent a couple of weeks back, small gig etc.

Probs won't stay for the headliner, totally not my vibe.

Viji and band were awesome.
Really.

I was it the top 1% of the age demographic due to Baby Queen being a pop teeny bobber thing.

Surrounded by kids, it took all my restraint to not push them out the way and tell them to stfu.

But yeah, deffo worth turning up for the support band.
Chatted with them afterwards, they remembered me for the album launch so I guess we're all best friends now.

Check Viji out, good sound, worth your time.

Righto.

16/11 - The Orielles - Low Four Studios - Manchester.
Awesome super secret low key gig. They were recording for for a video.
I've been a strong fan of the band for a long time.
It was a great experience, awesome time, so chilled, so cool.

17/11 - Bob Vylan supported by Kid Bookie and Panic Shack - o2 Ritz - Manchester
The 1st tickets I booked for this season.
WOW, probably in the top 5 of best gigs I've been to, for reals.
Panic Shack I have liked for a far while, funny as hell and a good time all round.
Kid Bookie, new to me. Niche, not my niche, but damn good at what they do. I was gobsmacked.
Bob Vylan, I'm still trying to work out what happened.
Everything was wicked and bad (put the money in the bag)
Everyone was bouncing, the place went insane.
The interaction with the crowd was unreal, actually really struggling to describe the gig.
Just it was awesome and if you have a gig near you then you really should go just to check it out.

I just finished the Alan Wake 2 game and some of the songs performed by this band stuck in my head.

Roger Waters - Dark Side Of The Moon Redux

Only listened once so far.
Like some tracks. Others not so much.

Live albums do my fcuking nut in.

I listen to the moozak/artist. I'm not interested in the matospheric nonsense of the proletariat in the audience.

Call me auld fashioned if you will but this track by Hanns Zimmer is ruined by the crowd interrupting a deliberate quiet by the orchestra by some Czehk clown doing the loudest lout whistle. Then the sheep applause to rub it in.

https://youtu.be/2YA0OK7OFkk?si=WHudgTGavvcnTFUx

I may have posted in the wrong section. Should ne in what ground my gears.

Phew! It sounds good…I have excellent taste even though I say so. Mr. Green

Today, one of those bands that were quite popular in the 90's and then got forgotten. I got the best of album.

Probably their most famous song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb3kAUQxinQ
