Ant & Ros welcome you to our Friendly Family Run B&B in Los Perez. Located in the campo between the historic city of Cartagena & Puerto de Mazarron in the beautiful region of Murcia Spain.

We are open all year round and offer an ideal base for touring this part of Spain,
Or attending the Cartagena Race Circuit which is only 10minutes away.
There is ample parking & secure bike storage.
We have Family, twin & double rooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
We can offer accommodation only, B&B and B&B and evening meal.
There is a large private swimming pool, BBQ, Sat TV, Wi Fi & Honesty Bar.
We are only 5mins away from the AP7 motorway & 40mins from Murcia City.
The beautiful beaches of La Azohia & Mazarron are only 15mins away.

Centrally situated for both Cartagena and Puerto de Mazarron, Los Perez is nestled in the countryside, very tranquil yet only 20 minutes drive from the cultural and historic city of Cartagena with the Naval base, museums, marina and wonderful architecture yet also super for shopping in little boutiques or wandering around the large shopping malls. Mazarron in the opposite direction, has many beaches, beach bars and a newly built Marina which is full of multi-cultural restaurants.
Our local village of Tallante has 2 local bars and 1 restaurants. A delicatessen has fresh bread and meat every day and provisions. Nearby at Las Palas we have several more bars and restaurants and a little Tuesday market for fresh vegetables. The Bread man comes passed every day at 2.00pm and will gladly stop and supply his fresh bread daily. Fuente Alamo is again within 10 minutes drive and has two large supermarkets and lots of small shops and boutiques. Many bars and restaurants and Nightclubs for the nightowls. Sleepy town during the day, but once night falls the town comes to life with people taking their evening stroll and sitting outside the bars to catching up with the affairs of the day. Plenty of golf resorts within a short drive and can play a different course every day. Summer months have many local fiestas which have music and entertainment for the whole family day and night. Many go on most of the night so recommend a siesta in the afternoon before you attend.
In environmental terms Murcia is halfway between Africa and Europe which helps to explain its variety of landscapes and habitats. In a relatively small area one can pass from mountains to arid, steppe-like, plains, to the forests to the rich meadows and finally to one hundred miles of beautiful Spanish coastline.
If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then this is the place to be.
