I am a noob and i want to get new tyrs for my r6, I dont know how old the ones are on the bike and the rear has a flat spot from what looks like motoway riding,

Can some one point me in the right direction of,

Sizes?
Manufacturers?
Grip?

If there are anygood places to buy online?

If you're not clued up. Go to a GOOD, REPUTABLE tyre fitter and ask them what they recommend for your style and intended type of riding.

The size must be the same as is already on the bike. It is stamped on the sidewall and will be something like

120/60 ZR17 or 180/55 ZR17.

I would reccomend Pirelli Diablos, but that is very much a personal reccomendation.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

blackcircles ?? i'm sure they have a bike section, best bet is just ring a few from the yellow pages, get a quote (for fitting to wheels still on the bike )
