I just did a rebuild on my 2006 Yamaha Jog it was quite simple just remove the head and barrel, then carefully remove the circlip ensuring it dosent drop inside the engine, new piston on (arrow facing exhaust port) gudgeon pin in circlips in, piston rings on, slowly lower barrel back onto bike ensureing the gaskets line up, put a bit of oil in and rub around with your finger, head back on (with gasket) JOB DONE!
I normally rasie my float needle slightly after a rebuild so it runs a little richer whilsting being run in. ____________________ THEORY TEST - PASSED! - 02-08-11 CBT Passed - 09-08-10 MOD 1 - 09-08-2011 - MOD 2 - 28-09-2011

not all 50cc engines are the same,
they can vary the bore and stroke quite alot,
so you can't just buy a set of 50cc rings and assume it would fit,
also there is a couple of methods of stopping the rings from spinning,
the difference to the ring is difference, and then there is the thickness of the rings as well
ask this guy on ebay
or this guy
