I love it.

This morning my Alarm wouldn't turn off, I was getting no response from it what so ever, no lights, no beeps. I was late for work and lost it, I put a screw driver through it. I rung a guy who specialises in alarms, he said to check the fuses, my Indicator fuse had blown so I replaced it, the fuse was a 7.5 I replaced it with a 10. The bike started! Excellent, I thought, then I noticed the acrid smell of electrical things burning. There was a thick but thin plume of smoke coming from the tiny little screw driver hole. I thought 'Chris you fucking idiot you have wrecked a perfectly good Alarm system' I ripped the alarm out the alarm and the connector had melted. Feeling pissed off I prized the alarm case apart to see the damage when I noticed the screw driver had only gone through the top casing and hit the connector block but not hit anything metal.

If I hadn't have put the screwdriver through the top casing I wouldn't have noticed the smoke and the whole thing could have caught fire. Laughing

So what your saying is you have left your bike with no alarm?

Where do you work again? Laughing

Anyone want a free bike?

I thought you meant 'alarm clock' for the first few sentencesI couldn't figure out why you had a screwdriver next to the bed or why you cared enough about your now trashed alarm clock to call an alarm clock specialist...

In my garage, the bike will not start at all since I removed the alarm. It is probably safer now than it was before Laughing

Damn shame. Laughing

On a serious note though, I know the frustration buddy. I had to change my battery last week and I havent a clue how to get my alarm into service mode or turn it off, so the moment I unplugged it from the battery the thing went off with its back up and wouldnt stop. In the end I just changed the battery with it blaring away. Odd that there was people walking past and not one of them even looked my way.
