Well the old boy might be back at Suzuki MotoGP in 2012 after all... seeing that he IS riding for Paul Denning's crescent suzuki BSB team in this years championship! Lets not forget that he placed 4th in the 2007 championships right behind rossi! He got his elbows down well before spies... although i believe it was some french 250GP rider that got his elbows down first at donnington in the 80's?

French and in 250s.. Olivier Jacques?

Was it Hopper who broke himself when dropped his kawasaki at a publicity event a few years back? I remember OJ guest rode for kawasaki at Shanghai in the rain and scored a podium..

naah, way before Jacques, it was in the 80's. I have it somewhere in an issue of Bike when they were comparing GP riding styles of various decades. It was 80's because of the gash leathers and relatively poor helmet design.

It was Hoffman that broke his wrist when he highsided it i think?
