Tiny hole in Exhaust

Started up my motorbike and realised there was white condensation 'puff' coming from underneath my exhaust, had a look and there is a small hole due to the rust which I haven't seen and cleaned up, is this a problem or do I need a new exhaust or can I just keep on top of the rust with my usual brillo pad clean, thanks

Depends on the hole and the rest of the rust.

You can get various 'glues' to patch up a hole like that.
Depends on your skills, your budget and the beauty of the bike.

Personally I'd weld up a small hole.
Second option is some gun gum to fill the hole
Third option is a bean can and two big jubilee clips and just clamp the can over the hole.

If it's a two stroke a hole in the exhaust will affect power, on either 2 or 4 stroke it'll affect noise and maybe fail an MOT.

what bike is it ?

my cg has a small hole just after the downpipe fo condensation to leak out so the inside doesnt rust

After worrying at first and taking photos as I couldn't see properly it is a pre drilled hole that like Rob said is to protect your exhaust insides from rusting, thanks for reassurance
