'apparently didn't see the train' ...thats because he didn't fucking look.

I was riding home on the pushie yesterday and was coming up to a left hand turn. I spotted a bloke with what appeared to be his 12 month or so old daughter in his arms.
Without even looking back to see if anything was coming he stepped straight out and walked right in front of me.
Saw it coming a mile off so snuck around behind him and gave a nice big cough to let him know how close he'd just come.
Couldn't believe that he couldn't even turn his head to make sure his child would be safe.
Stupid fucker.

these people shit me and I wish you could just run into them out of principal.

I don't think the fact that it was light rail rather than heavy duty rail made much of a difference apart from the stopping distance. Laughing

Either way he got hit by a train.

I think it probably did, the external structure of a normal passenger train is seriously sturdy and likely to smash you to bits on impact, light trains or trams are a little more forgiving, bit more like a bus or car, the wheels are usually covered too so less chance of getting stuck under.

He's a bit stupid really, it's clear from the start that his speed is exactly right to splat himself yet it didn't seem to occur to him, he's also running with his hands in his pockets so hardly at full speed, he must've been blind.
