That is amazing.

At uni we lived opposite a LIDL that sold cheap fireworks.

We used to shoot them out of the window.

I once got one of those 'light the fuse and 30 get fired' ones and ducktaped it horizontally to a fence that was about 100 feet up with a valley below it.

thats what happens when the lift charge isn't big enough to lift the shell to the required safe height. That looked like a six inch shell burst Laughing

Yeh, epic win though. I imagine that was probably a malfunctioning proper one rather than bodged.

Most people aren't stupid enough to launch shells without a license and to not get it right is even worse.

I've had a few like that over the years, at a show in congleton a few years back I had a rack of 4" shells blow up, it knocked me and my oppo over Shocked oh the joys of hand firing shows.
