hi, when braking using front brake it dont feel smooth now, sort of juddery, is this a sign of warped brake disc? pads are fine, cant really feel any lip on the disc but they are the originals and have done 28,000 miles. Bike is a varadero 125.

Thanks.

remove caliper, take the pistons out the caliper, cleaning everything, replacing seals, put back together, new pads and brake fluid

Hold or tape a pencil or marker pen against the fork , one end close to disc & turn wheel , you should be able to see any run out .
