To get this staight, I am no stranger to splitting and overhauling calipers so it's a bit mental how I'm having issues with something this basic.

I am replacing the brake pads on both sides at the front. I have done one side no bother, the problem that I am having is with the other side.

I can't keep the pistons in the caliper. I compress them all, and with hardy time to fart they start coming back out again by themselves.

Could this be to do with too much fluid or something?

I can't get the new pads on because by the time I've put them in the caliper there isn't any room to get them on the disc.

Does anyone know why this side is doing this and how to stop it?

Thank you for any help. This is doing my head in.

It's tokico 4 pots.

Have you tried with the brake filler cap off & covered with a clean rag ?

Go steady when you push them in , or the fluid will spurt out .

Kitchen roll (bounty) is your friend. It soaks fluid up like a sponge.

Thanks guys, that seems to have done the trick. Laughing

That caliper was doing my nut in! Evil or Very Mad

I thought it would have been something simple like that.
