Hey,
Okay, so a while ago i was fannying about with the headlights, i twiddled some bolts in the back of the headlight whilst it was off the bike and it has messed up reflector alignment inside the headlight.

How in gods earth are you supposed to be able to re-align these with the headlights in the fairing on the bike?!?!

Anyone have any tips on how to get to these bolts to re-align the lights with the headlights still in the bike?

NSR 125 RY 2002.

Best regards

impossible to reach the 2 bolts without taking off the lower and front fairings . the best is :
- undo all fairing bolts except the lowest each side , the lower fairing will swivel down
- take off the mirrors and go in front of the bike facing back with the front wheel between your legs
- catch the air pipes and move them apart from their entry and pull firmly . the front fairing will come for 6-8" (mind the ends of the front fairing , they are fragile)
- now undo the speedo cable and you'll get access
so the adjustment could be done step-by-step , but i reconize this is a weakness of this bike design

Hey,
Thankyou for the input.
It seems this is the only way to do it, trial and error.
Not the best really but it will get the job done i guess.

Just out of interest, are there any bikes out there that are easier to work on the lights?

Best regards

sounds like you are thinking of changing your bike for one that has easier head lights to work on?
