.....and I bought it =D
As soon as I rode this bike...I fell in love. I have never felt this good on a bike, I know it's only a 125, but damn it's a bloody good bike.
It was immaculate! Well, to my standerd any way, bit of dirt on the exhaust, but nothing that can't be polished. No nasty noises from the engine, whilst idling or riding, nice and smooth through the revs, paint is incredible to the point it looks brand new, electrics are perfect, starts from cold, as soon as you press the button without having to use the choke.
To be honest, I've never smiled so much, well, the only time was when my daughter was born...
I'll try get some pics up tomorrow
Want to give a HUGE thanks to Teff, without his advice and guidance I managed to get a decent bike, and know what I have to do to maintain it and keep it nice.
to you sir, shall have to go out with the CBs when we get the chance ____________________ Previously owned: Kawasaki KH125, Suzuki GP125, Suzuki GX 125, Honda CB125 TDC '83, Honda ntv 600, Kawasaki ER5, Kawasaki ZZR600, Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille

I'm glad it worked out for you. Don't neglect your oil changes and warm it thoroughly before giving it the welly and it should last a long time. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Lol! Only way I'd be riding the Pup anywhere at the moment, dear is if it was on the back of a trailer! YOU need to finish building the bludy thing!
But..... she has a bit of a point actually.... only bludy CB I have that works like it should is in the Rangie for car-to-car comms on green-laning forreys!
However......... Let me see.... I have four complete bikes, one admittedly is a non runner, but three do, and ONE of them is actually taxed, tested and road legal, ISN'T it dear?
Oh! And the 750... forgotten thats a CB as well! Oh dear... you have just reminded me.......
I have to fix the back brake you TOOK OFF FOR NO GOOD REASON, and repaint it because YOU scraped a fucking petrol tank right the way across it, DIDN'T YOU!
I don't know, if a bloke damaged your bike, you'd deck'em wouldn't you?
Snowie vandalises mine, what do I do? Buy her her own to play with! THEN because she's TAKING SO FUCKING LONG..... I insure her on one of my other bikes, ONLY for her to moan incessantly its not fast enough, and use all the money I COULD have sorted the damage SHE DID to my bike, to pay for it all!
Anyway... half the 'niggles' with the Corporal I am SURE are her sabotaging it every time I suggest she do her training on it!
But Ha! I WILL have my revenge! she's now got to do her CBT again, and I'm booking her in for a FULL course! And if she ent finished the Pup by the end of the month, or buggers up the corporal again, I'll just book it all on a School bike!
Training, that'll learn her! ____________________ My Webby'Tef's-tQ, loads of stuff about my bikes, my Land-Rovers, and the stuff I do with them!

I tried changin the oil today...but the sump plug was WAAAYY too tight, and didn't particulary want to snap it, so is there anything I can do to get it out without damage?
Also, does anyone know where this filter might be? I have the original handbook, and it says page 120.....there is no page 120, so must have got lost somewhere.
going to try do clearences tomorrow as well, if I have enough time after changin oil and balancing carbs. ____________________ Previously owned: Kawasaki KH125, Suzuki GP125, Suzuki GX 125, Honda CB125 TDC '83, Honda ntv 600, Kawasaki ER5, Kawasaki ZZR600, Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille
