The City of Westminster has decided not to contest your appeal against the above mentioned penalty charge notice.

Given your assurances, the PCN has been cancelled and you are no longer liable for payment of the charge.

The Parking Appeals Service will confirm this in writing, however you may contact me on the above number should you need any further information.

Would ringing up and shouting "LUSEEEERRRRS" down the phone be inappropriate?

For those not following my parking saga, this was the ticket that they refused to cancel at the first stage, and had got as far as me submitting lots of evidence to be considered by a 3rd party appeals board on the 5th Jan. Seems ol' Westminster took one look at my well stuffed envelope full of photographs and highlighted paragraphs and went 'fook that'. Smile

Just carefully design and print off a load of duplicates of the ticket and then "issue" them to all the cars in their car park.

Ever thought of suing them for all the parking ticket grief? Valuable time lost submitting appeals / collecting evidince, cost of phoning them up / writing to them to contest the tickets, damage to reputation, etc... Laughing

If you went with one of those no win no fee firms you'd probably not see any Pound Coin

but it might be worth it just to cause the council some grief.
