so its a 1984 honda magna vf700, im working on it for a friend of mine,i absolutely cannot find a vacuum diagram for this thing, a decent one for that matter, any links, points in the general direction would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Rick

People won't be selling one part of a carb on ebay, they'll be selling a bank of carbs, which will be expensive. Try Granby motors. Their on the net, helpful on the phone and have stuff in stock that you'd think no one would ever have. I swear they could build some very rare and expensive bikes out of their parts section Laughing

diagram or diaphragm (diaphram)

if its a diagram i'll have a look in the manual and post a pic,
if its the carb diaphragm, buying new will cost you about 100 quid,
but if you tell me the size then i'll have a look in my box of v4 carbs and see if i have one that may fit,

sorry should have been more specific, i need a vacuum diagram including hose routing and component location would be sweet but unlikely lol.

that will all apply to the 84 vf700 model correct not to be reapeative but this things been a headache lol

yes the only difference between the 700 and the 750 was that the americans put a tarrif in place on 750cc bikes to keep the us bikes at a comparable rate, the 700cc bikes were tariff beaters
apart from a different bore size and different jets in the carbs the bikes were identical
