KTM 990 SM Electrical / Speedo Problem

Hi Guys, i had the condensation problem with my speedo and it got replaced and all has been fine but recently i have noticed for some strange reason my speedo is resetting itself while riding.

What i mean is i can be plodding a long and next minute all the lights come on the speedo and the dial spins round just like when you start the bike up, there is no issues with power the engines still runs fine but its happening a lot now, not sure if the headlight is going off as only been out during the day.

Any ideas?

Loose connection anywhere? Maybe knackered battery but you would've probably noticed that before now.
