Popped into a shop on my way home this evening, parked in the corner out the way, grabbed couple of bits and left, while putting my lid on the scooter in the pic pulls into car park, stops, dumped in middle of car park and rider goes off into the shop leaving it blocking the entrance and couple of cars parked there.

Am I missing something or is the rider of this heap of shit just totally stupid?

https://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/bramble43/Pict0002.jpg

Sorry, pic is very shit as I took it with my watch

My bike out of shot as i decided not to park it in the way of everyone else who happens to also need to move around the planet

I'd wheel it somewhere else as i feel my right would be (if i was one of those cars) To scare the chap and hopefully he'd get the picture Laughing
But yes, complete and utter nutter.

My house is at the end of a close and so our drive is pretty huge. But 3 new familys have moved in and seem to think its alright to park on, across and blocking our driveway Shocked

But after a fair few Laughing increasing of severity of notes popped on the cars, they soon stopped.

+1

am I getting old, or has technology gone lightyears ahead in the past few months?..

I didn't even know you could have a camera in a watch. Last I heard they were still doing a prototype of a phone watch (LG I think?)...

Phone watches have been around for many years I'm pretty sure.
Camera watches (abiet not digital) have been around for many decades.
Digital cameras small enough to fit in a watch have definitely been around for some time technology wise - seeing that they've been in phones for some time, but only use a small amount of space in the phone.

+1. Not all pedbois are spackers, not all spackers are pedbois, but I think there's a pretty high correlation.

If that was my car that was blocked in, I would have just moved the scooter into the middle of the road.

All this talking about watches and cameras has drawn attention away from a more important issue...

I had a phone and camera watch abot 2 years ago. Cool idea, but I did look like an even bigger prick with my arm on the side of my head.

Went back a normal phone after 1 day LOL.

Looks like the pic quality is a lot better!

Also from that angle it looks like you can get around the scooter?

Maybe someone very local who knows the cars aren't wanting to be out for several minutes at least?
The cars aren't totally blocked in anyway.

TBH i find one of the best things about biking, in town anyway, is that you can find parking anywhere, and can park where cars cant (pavements etc, wherever).

Personally I wouldnt have left mine there, for fear of someone knocking it over, either intentionally or unintentionally just trying to get round it.

Idiot might be a bit strong, absentminded perhaps?

Idiot is quite fitting.

Either he is going to get his moped knocked over by a careless cager or make them wait for him to move causing inconvenience and frustration.

If it was moved he'd have been upset but it's for the greater good - dont want it touched? dont park in a stupid manner.

No, looking at him I'd say idiot was fitting

Would have taken 5 seconds to stop somewhere other than pull in dump it and wander off.
Managed to park the flying sofa i ride in a corner out the way

No, well yes but only as a hobby.

Main reason is to film delivering items where the receiver might not be overly chuffed at getting the letter etc that they are being handed and getting them to sign for it not a possibility, proves to customer it has been delivered if need be, just bit of added proof I do what i'm meant to be doing and although not strictly legal as proof it covers my arse.
