1999 bandit12 callipers

1990 zxr750H2 calliper hanger

2000 zx9rc1 sprocket holder

2000 zx9rc1 cush rubbers

2004 zrx1200 rear shocks

zx7rp1 brake master cylinder

zx7rp1 clutch master cylinder

but trying a set of ohlins at the moment need to do something with the springs

cant really see any rust in the original photo, plus, it's not really the sort of bike that you worry about suspension and handling on.

i know but i normaly have zxr/yzf/gsxr but like the look of these and didnt want to change it to much but the brakes are awfull standard
and i can never leave any bike alone always messing
this was my pan that started as a cheap hack and the misses 550 zephyr

I think you've done well with it TBH! Can see Matt's point that it was ok to look at before though. The Zephyr 1100 isn't really a bike you would buy to make into a purposeful agressive naked/streetfighter, and having really decent suspension and brakes on one, probably highlights the frame and lack of ground clearance etc. Think doing the same kind of work on a ZRX11/1200 would give better results in terms of performance and handling improvement too.

I must admit that i really like how you did the 550 though, with the USD forks. That looks a tidy little bike IMO!
