I am looking for a pair of trousers I am not keen on leather and prefer textiles however the textiles i have are far too padded for using off the bike.

Is there any textiles that give good protection and that I can use on the bike then wear all day.

I bought a pair of kevlar jeans to try however find them a bit cold on the bike but okay off so any suggestions or am i looking for somthing that is not available?

The closest i can find are these https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DUCHINNI-AIRSTREAM-SUMMER-MOTORCYCLE-TROUSERS-XXL-36-/400191237746?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Clothing&hash=item5d2d41ae72 any experience of these?

do what i do and wear kevlar jeans with light jogging bottoms on underneath. Thy work a charm, right the way through winter. Can't hack the massive padded textile winter trousers!

JCB worktrousers from B&Q, kevlar knees, the rest are heavy-grade nylon or something. £35.
