Hi Guys, I'm new to scootering and just got the above and I wondered does anyone know how to do this and is it a reasonably easy - medium - difficult job for a novice like my good self

Buy the looks of it it is 2 bolts, dead easy you just need a way of getting the front wheel off of the ground.
