just wondering if anyone has experience.. Good or bad..
Just got some quotes, £247 tpft with Express insurance, Kwikfit insurance and Green insurance being the brokers.. With express delegated as the insurer..

There has to be some individual differences for them to act as separate brokers?

Cheers.

p.s.. Regarding security.. Posted this on a thread but no harm in acting here as well,"Alright guys, seen alot of mentions for the motrax vishas being the disc lock to have.. Unfortunately it doesn't have an alarm which would be a big plus for me..

What do you reckon getting a vishas and also a cheaper alarmed lock? I've seen a 110 db disc lock on ebay for 11.99, which looks like it would do the job of making noise, but not sure if it would be substantial enough on it's own..would this be a good idea or pointless?

The vishas ticks the same security box as my almax series 3 for insurance, so it'd be perfect when leaving the bike parked up but not having the almax with me..as it'd comply with stated security measures for the insurance..Cheers Thumbs Up"

Unless things have changed, kwik fit is not a broker, they are an intermediary, which means they deal with all the claims and the policy is kwikfits own, the underwriters are simply bidding on providing the cover kwikfit offers.

If still the case you should never have to deal with the insurer direct.

From the Bike Insurer comparison site it comes up with my quotes like this,

Broker / Insurer Insurer
Express insurance Express Delegated
Kwitfit insurance Express Delegated
the Green insurance company Express Delegated

All at £247 for TPFT
