Okay So I need to pass my theory to do my a2 Restricted licence,

To do my Theory i need Both Parts of my Licence (Provisional)

Ive Moved house and lost the Counterpart,

So I need a new counterpart and a address change
I Picked up a D1 form today from the post office, the same form as when you apply for one

Ive ticked, Address Change and Lost Licence

Ive filled in New and old address do i need to fill in all the Proof of identity again? Do i need to send them my Photocard?

Just confused and cant find anything anywhere,

Do it online and it will sort all your troubles.
if you have a prob give them a call and they will guide you through it.

cost £20 and will be with you within a week.

Ahh I didn't think you can do it Online if you have lost Your Your Licence
