Going to be selling the Triumph soon, but dont really have a clue what it's worth, as prices seem to vary quite a bit.

It's a '98 R reg in Rosso red, 17500K on the clock, Laser race can and original standard can, paddock stand, maintenance charger, grab rail and a few other bits and bobs.

I saw this one - https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-TRIUMPH-T-595-DAYTONA-BLACK-T595-955-/260748944110?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item3cb5d922ee on ebay, but mine is in better condition and has never been dropped.

Would £1800 be too much?

Cheers.

Yes, far too much. Even the one you pointed to is over priced.

The demand for 900cc bikes is fairly low at the moment, I think you'd be lucky to get £1500 for it.

I love those oatie biscuits. At first i just considered them a poor mans hobnob but as time has gone on i now consider them a biscuit in their own right, despite them being half the price of mcvities! The chocolate ones are just . Drooling Drooling Only criticism is that they only come in a milk chocolate variety Crying or Very sad

Going back to the bike, as said, think £1800 is too much. Would say if you got £1500 for it then you should be happy. If you arent in a hurry to sell could always advertise it higher and hope for the best.

A quick eGhay search shows:

There are hardcore fans of 959's but at the end of the day they are big heavy ageing bikes, and there are a lot of heavy ageing bikes in the market that are more likely to steal buyers attention for a good price. You can even pick up ZX9's for £1600 atm. I wouldn't want to be paying any more than £1300 even for a really good one, given the curent market.
