As title, im back on the road as of next week, tested a 1994 FZR600 anyone had one?
Its a little tatty and needs some basic TLC but other than that its a steal, nice quick bike and has a bit of the oldskool cool about it. Havent ridden properly for nearly 2 years so was a little odd to be back on it but it all soon came flooding back etc...

very happy actually, u dont realise how much u miss it until u get back in the saddle Thumbs Up
Pics and clean up process to come soon

cheers guys

I'd check the exhaust downpipes carefully, they are prone to rust and it is difficult to get hold of replacements.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Had an '89 FZR600, hardest parts to come by are the pulse ignition cable and the actual flywheel.

As MarJay said...rust was invading my exhausts mentally, was blowing all over the place, get a s/s set of downpipes for ~£130

Yea it has a full Sebring system atm, downpipes look titanium so no issues there, although it could be louder tbh.....
Needs new pads upfront soon, bit snatchy etc. And because of the age I think il get the Cam chain tension checked. Why risk it I say lol
Tyres are missmatched, touring rear, soft front other than that it's only realy cosmetic scruffyness, so for what i payed I'm chuffed!
