Just a quick question - with the these kits the titanium and stainless kits are crazy money so my option is the alloy kit. Will the alloy ones rust/fur up?

dont buy the cheap shit stuff.
bought a track bike not long ago, got loads of anodized cheap bolts on.
spent today swapping the engine over, had to nick the alternator cover from old engine. which also had the same bolts.
snapped the head off one. rounded off 2, and stripped the thread off a couple. buy cheap buy several times.

Hmm I'll have to see if I can get the stainless/titanium ones cheaper elsewhere maybe. These are only fairing bolts anyway not engine bolts

You will regret buying alloy very quickly. You will be lucky if you don't snap one fitting them.

Get your old bolts out and take them to an engineering supplies shop, find stainless steel replacements for cheap. Alternatively, measure them and buy the bolts online (not sold for bikes) and they will be much cheaper than buying a prepackaged bolt kit. Don't waste your money on titanium either, the negligible amount of weight saved per bolt will make no difference to the bike.
