This morning I went to start my moped up and it didn't seem to want to start.

Eventually after about 10 kick starts it finally turned over.

Rode to work and then about 3 hours later went to start it up again and as before, needed about 10 kicks to turn it over.

I started it up yesterday, and it only needed one kick! Confused

Anyone know whats wrong?

Sight unseen, I'd check for a dirty or shagged spark plug, muck or water in the fuel lines, carb float bowl or jets, or the choke not choking.

As above,

change your spark plug and check your fuel filters etc

My old yamaha aerox used to be like that, sometimes 8-10 kicks sometimes 2-3 it turned out my piston rings were on their way out, after replacing them was 1 or 2
