I love working a night shift when the clocks go forward. I get paid 12 hrs for working 11.
Mind you..'working' is probably not the correct term for my job Smile

Worked nights last night also! Got paid the full 12 hours instead of the usual 11. Which was pleasant. Was a easy shift to be honest Very Happy

Well it makes a big difference to me. Now more people will be on before I go to bed. And they will wake up earlier in 'my' day as well. So all in all, better for me Very Happy

(Although less people drunk from the pub when I first get to school)

Yeah, I'm a man of habit and always go to bed and get up the same time. Like at the moment it should be dark and it isn't its bizaare....

Oh and its worse when your working nights in October and half to work that extra hour when you don't get paid for it and because you're on 4 on 4 off, it means that its never you that gets the hour less. Sad

Yeah have to work the Hour extra, but instead of getting paid the usual 11 hours (1 hour paid break) and work 12. We get paid for 12 and work 13.

But last night we got paid our full 12 hours as none of us had breaks due to a major staff shortage.

Have work both clock changes now and to be honest i really didn't notice any difference at all. Other than last night i had one hour less to catch up with paperwork.

Tonight is back to Normal and seems to be going fast. Thumbs Up
