Graphics tablet pricing

My mate wants a graphics tablet and I said I would have a look for him online for one.

Specifically the Art Master series by Hanvon.

They do different sizes and the largest 13 x 8 inches but when googling, I can find so many different variations on price from £170 to well over £300.

This looks like the best value. You have to pay £16 extra if you are not an educational or charitable foundation but that is ok.

Does this seem like the real deal? How can people on ebay and elsewhere charge so much more for the same thing?

Also the dimensions seem to change a bit. 13x8 and 13x9 and 12x9 and 12x8 all crop up.
