Pretty sure I had this trouble quite a while ago. If I remember correctly a 4mm allen key should fit with a little fettling and then change to bolt to a more common size.

I think that the tool that you require may be a RIBE bit. They are similar in appearance to TORX bits but they are not compatible.
I'm guessing that a M4 RIBE bit may be what you require.
