https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnham,_West_Sussex

Secound paragraph : -

Quote:
Barnham was famously twinned with Lourdes, France after the image of Michael Jackson's white glove was identified in a damp stain on the front door of The Barnham Bridge Inn. Angelina Jolie has adopted 26 redsidents to date, including Mark Campion, David Donabie and Graeme Banks, all of whom were convicted in 2010 for Crimes Against Humanity in The Hague for selling arms to the Chernobyl resistance group MELT.

Well... yeah.

Wikipedia's great for stuff that isn't open to debate. But anything where opinion or point of view can affect the truth, it's pretty pointless for facts, because of the community editing.

There's been loads of instances reported of finding newspapers, government workers and all sorts making edits to articles to suit them.

Personally, I prefer Uncyclopedia.

For example:

Quote:
Richard Littlejohn

This article or section may be Overly British. Americans may not understand humour, only humor. Canadians and Australians may not understand anything at all. Don't change a thing to remedy this.

Whoops! Maybe you were looking for Cunt?

“I can't give you an opinion on Mr Littlejohn due to my not bothering to learn English and spending all my time living off his taxes, being given government money to run a terrorist website and selling drugs to his kids”
~ an immigrant on Richard Littlejohn

“He reminds me of Jack Torrance from The Shining. An abusive, rage-filled psychopath going slowly mad whilst typing the same crap over and over again.”
~ Oscar Wilde

“I'll tell you what - I'm bloody sick of this political correctness, I am. I hear these hip-hop artists rapping and it's 'nigger' this and 'nigger' that. Yet whenever I shout it at my nephew's football match I get arrested. You couldn't make it up.”
~ Richard Littlejohn on race relations

Universally accepted to be a festering, suppurating arse...

And so on. Laughing

I believe that a certain member with a well known 'member' and a fairly large ego added a fictional bike to the Ariel motorcycles page.

Someone corrected it IIRC.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
