I may or may not have dropped my brand new helmet today Doh! Luckily it landed directly on the rear vent sort of thing, instantly smashing it... better than landing on the visor or top of the helmet I suppose. Tried gluing it together again and it looks awful and seems as though tiny bits of plastic are missing as nothing seems to fit. Haven't glued anything to the actual helmet by the way.

Anyone know a good source for spares? Idea

If you bought it from an Arai dealer just bring it back to them. They should be able to get it replaced quickly and with no fuss. I'm not sure for others, but our shop will replace broken vents etc under the Arai 5 year warranty.

No there are pretty reasonable a couple of quid for a visor mechanism and about a tenner for a chin vent, all with free fitting.

Asked about it today and since the Axces model is so new (I assumed it was an older model but apparently it had just came out when I bought it) it will probably be a bit pricey. Will find out tomorrow. If it's more than say, £20 I will do without Thinking

Go to HG they can give you the contact info for the local Arai rep, who will be able to get you the bit you need. I called my rep and got a set of larger cheek pads for mine. They came the next day FOC. HG also got and fitted a new vent on my Viper GT when one failed. All very quickly

You may have to pay as you broke it, but it shouldn't be too much, the vents just stick on with double sided tape!

GH contacted the rep for me and they want £37.50 including P&P. F that as well. Then the salesman told me the Chaser has the same part but just looked that up and it's £50 Shocked

I think I will just do without it tbh, used the helmet yesterday and it feels the same.
