Does it normally do this?

It gave me a message when reloading the page that said "MAximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in home/virtual/site5/fst/var/www/html/includes/functions_select.php on line 151"

When i tried to post a picture of the problem it says "the extension PHP is not allowed".
