I suspect the instructions in the sports exhaust would tell you.

Also the sports exhaust will make it sound more annoying then sporty. Keep it standard. Then sell it for more and buy a proper bike. Thumbs Up

The extra pipe is for the Cat. Just take it off the stock exhaust, block the tube up with some glue or something and then tuck it away.

Dont forget to upjet and do you rollers and clutch springs.

Pilot jet shouldn't need to be changed and is usually just an adjustable screw. Check what main jet you have at the moment and add 10 - 12% onto it.

What exhaust is it?

catalytic convertors are usualy internal.

what you are describing is either a resonator tube (short pipe going to nothing) or the exhaust recirculation system pipework, you can remove all of it if you want and block the holes off in the air intake side, but you will be running with more/cleaner air so upjetting is crucial.

I wouldnt get a techniwank. They are bad, budget exhausts. If youve got the money then get a mid range Yasuni, if not then get a Leo Vince. There not great but at least they provide SOME power gains.
