We went to the surgery this morning where a nice nurse stuck needles in to use in preparation for out 3 weeks of getting lost in Morocco!

While I was there I got weighed and had it signed - lost 5lbs Woooooo! Dance!

Well we are off to invade James tonight and will be helping Kev and Jo move over the weekend (look forward to seeing anyone else who ends up there!) so I will not be letting everyone know what they owe until next week. Because people have sponsored me in different weights / amounts I will be doing a running total so there is no need to pay every month – you can wait until there is a reasonable amount.
