Right, this thing is being a cunt, and has been since day 1.

First the CCT goes, replaced

Then I get a holed radiator, replaced

Then the battery got fucked, replaced.

anyway, now it's being a right cunting bitch slut wench whore bag cumdumpster

With the new battery now completely dead, unchargeable, and probably nackered too, I've put it down to the regulator rectifier.

This is pissing me off. Have a picture of me surrounded by goats to make me feel better.

The bike bumpstarts, but won't rev above 4k, but if i rev it whilst bumping, it'll act ok ish and rev past 6k. like a 2k flat spot that kills it. Completely unrideable, so i'm confined to a CBR400RR for now.

Anyway, ordered a reg/rect, likely to fix it? can't think of any other possibilities.

I'd thank you not to be a knob end about my CBR, sir.

I would guess that your oswold fizzlebender might need replacing, or reformatting. Can't guarantee you haven't completely blown the main piston return spring, which might mean you'll need a completely new back tyre.

How does the earth strap look? I know on cars, if the earth strap is fubard then this will drain your battery and/or not allow it to charge properly.

Reg/Recs seem to be the worst culprit for failures on relatively modern bikes. A lot of Street Triples have failed on the stock Reg/Rec and been replaced under warranty, so not even 2 years old. Would also perfectly describe the symptoms you are describing.

Also I can tell you, from the way the goats are arranged around you, that your bikes' subframe is twisted. Could also be the cause.
