Whoever changed the engine the engine should have also notifified DVLA of the change. VOSA inspector won't be impressed that the details don't match when it's examined, whoever is having the check done should also have the receipt/proof of ownership of the replacement engine that has been fitted to smooth things out a bit, if not who knows
If you haven't bought it and are just "looking" at it what's the problem?, it's up to the current owner to sort it all out before you get involved with buying etc. ____________________ I used to be indecisive but now I'm not quite so sure. |
