Possible Gearbox Issues?

Salutations Comrades.

I'd guess that about 80% of the time, I'm hitting neutral going through the gears, or when I'm going to change up I hit the gear lever up and it just stays in gear.
I think my clutch is adjusted, I've done it, my mates helped me do it, and a mechanic did it again for me.
My chain (and sprockets) were replaced on tuesday so that can't be the issue can it?

Any help mucho appreciated.
