hey guys, n girls Smile

im new Smile .. just started with biking Smile, sat and passed my CBT 3 weeks ago and passed my theory on wednesday Smile ..
had my first free lesson on the 650 today, need less to say it was, different lol, first time on a big bike. Went not bad untill the slalom where it was clutch control, but they asked me to go into second and third gear whilst riding the clutch, went horrendus haha. kept stalling whilst turning and fell like 4 times. but after that fig of 8 went not bad back in 1st gear lol .. anyways, mod 1 is booked for the 27th of this month Smile

Why did they want you in anything above 1st gear for the slow control? We done ours in 1st. Only time you leave first is for the speed parts. Swerve and controlled stop.

Good luck on the tests though but keep it in first for the slow stuff.

Just to prove it can be done, I always kept it in first in the cbt, and on the first few runs on the slalom and the fig of 8 .. n then they said move up to show it can be done, a kinda proved them wrong! lol, thanks mate
