aprilia rs 50 2 sroke oil

Hello everyone i have an aprilia rs 50cc 2007 and iv been using some well shit 2 stroke and iv been looking to get some good stuff but i keep getting told to get stuff that isnt sold near me. I need fully synthetic, oil injection can anyone help me pls thanks

Fully synthetic 2 stroke.

Personally I use silkolene 2 stroke smokeless racing oil, but they dont stock that.
