Hi everyone,

Decided to continue the ongoing battle to keep the MZ on the road. I know it inside out and now it's actually taking me places I like it and want to keep it so I figured I'll gradually get everythign sorted and re-sorted for the future.

If anyone has a parts bike (any ETZ) or any random jumble of MZ bits they want rid of, things like that would be ideal so I can build up a collection of bits that I might need at some point in the future

Alternatively, the bits I most urgently need are:

Any working Master Cylinder that I could get to work on an MZ ETZ, incase a generic thing exists (Ive heard MZ racers use VFR master cylinders?)

a set of any mirrors, bar end, regular, whatever, anything would be cool, the original mirrors are firstly pretty rubbish and secondly both broken so replacements would be nice.

A side stand (one of the ones that attatches to the back wheel spindle) would be useful for parking on grass, the centre stand doesnt do a fantastic job on soft/uneven surfaces.

New rear shocks would be good, they're a bit bouncy and sound pretty nasty

If anyone has anything, Id really appreciate them getting in touch.

I am getting irritatingly attatched to this MZ, despite it letting me down more times than I can remember, and I want to make it good. Im keeping it, cant afford another bike and I know it inside out, so despite its flaws, its perfect in a way.

Thanks everyone,
Dan
