Stuart Easton has crashed in the NW200 practice the latest update is broken Femur, shattered pelvis and bokes broken in his hand, he was lucky he came off on one of the slower corners on the NW200.

Hope he gets better soon.

(I need to change around my MCN Fantasy team now, I only picked him in it yesterday)

The latest update sounds like he will be out for a while !!

"MSS Colcheser Kawasaki boss Nick Morgan has confirmed to bikesportnews.com this afternoon that Stuart Easton's injuries are a lot more serious than those initially diagnosed, including two broken legs, and the 27-year old faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

In addition to his legs, the Scot has suffered two broken hips, a broken pelvis, a broken coccyx, a punctured bowel and other minor injuries including broken fingers in the spill, which happened when he ran into the back of Gary Mason at around 150mph on the opening lap of yesterday’s first practice session."

A good mate of mine is on the MSS team and he's obviously gutted about this, especially as Stuart is doing so well in the superbikes. Apparently the docs removed his bowel, repaired it externally and then replaced it. Bloody amazing really.
